It is a new single house located in the old town of Ondara. The plot was lengthy and narrow as it is usually arround. Thats the reason we designed it round a inside patio for getting sunny light in public area.
It has two levels. On ground level we find a bedroom, a bathroom, the salon, a kitchen and the patio in between them.
On the first floor there are two rooms: the main one with a dresser and a single one, all them with bathrooms
