Sagaponac House

A private residence where the main court serves as a site common to all domestic activity. South-facing, outside building walls are closed to view and climate, while court side perimeters remain open, operable, and fully glazed. Lightweight short span platform framing, pre-fabricated laminated plywood and cementitious panels, a narrow style monumental glass and aluminum window wall, and local stone flooring speak to building material and construction process economy.
