Project 6

One of my earlier designs, this house is about 5,000 square feet and has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths.  One interesting feature of this house is the stair case – it is basically two stair cases in one.  The two share the landing allowing and in total has 2 entrances on the first floor and two on the second floor, and because they are all connected in one, someone has two exit options from one entrance making this not only unique, but practical.  There wasn’t enough space for me to put in a separate second stairwell so I combined two in one.
It is approximately 5000 sq. ft. and has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths.
