Lucie Aubrac School

This very compact educational complex is made up of:

-a nursery wich base covers the entire plot
-a punched roof
-a primary school, thin volume with an high ground floor

The trees, growing through the roof, connect both of the schoolyards. Refering in a playful way to a box of coloured pencils, the volume is covered by a discontinuous skin of wood also used as solar protection in front of windows and filter for the covered playground.
