Full-service public relations and marketing agency Idea Hall recently hired interior architecture firm H. Hendy Associates to solve a unique problem they had. Idea Hall was growing and needed office space that would accommodate the creative and collaborative nature of the team’s work and immerse visiting clients in the full Idea Hall experience. Idea Hall & H.Hendy Associates brought in Broker Steven Card of Traver’s Realty Corporation to focus on the crossover between the tenant’s priorities and the building manager’s priorities. To create a showpiece that would attract clients, brand the agency and would attract tenants to help brand the building.
