Supporting the nearby San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino, the Hampton Inn & Suites Highland is part of Hilton’s Focused Service group of properties, offering streamlined food and beverage service to guests. San Manuel Village also offers the benefit of an additional on-site meeting center, and two restaurants immediately adjacent to the property, all of which were designed by ADMG. Few site have more constraints than San Manuel Village. The project team successfully overcame extensive Caltrans requirements, a 50’wide easement that bisects the site, and approximately 60′ of elevation difference across the 12 acre site. Multiple earlier attempts at developing the site had failed. Set prominently within the resort-like setting, the hotel exterior features many enhancements beyond the standard prototype design, including stone veneer, decorative ironwork and dramatic lighting. The interior features a casino hospitality desk, as well as special ‘high roller’ suites on the top floor.
