This project for Experian impacted approximately half of a 330,000-square-foot facility. The programming effort took place as part of a prototypical change management process in development by Experian. The goal of the project was to create the Office of the Future. The programming effort examined square footage, departmental and ancillary adjacencies, furniture and equipment requirements as well as any other special needs. The final programming summary provides a measure by which to evaluate building feasibility, future growth strategies and planning recommendations.
After programming, the Experian project team took the additional step of facilitating focus group workshops and conducting interviews to identify key guiding principles and programming requirements for the project design.
