The Wetlands Park Education and Visitor Center at the Clark County Nature Preserve is designed to welcome people into its unique ecosystem by creating physical and visual connections to the outdoors. The building sits above the wetlands, allowing flooding to occur below and providing unobstructed views of the preserve. The interior is light and bright, pairing natural imagery with contemporary materials to create a space that is both welcoming and durable. The center serves as a primary fieldtrip destination for school children and a cultural center for local clubs and convention groups.
