Corgan provided all shell and core Architectural and Interior Design services for the project to Koll Development Company for Health Care Service Corporation, the Chicago-based parent company of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. This project provides approximately 1,010,000 gross square feet of office building area in addition to structured parking for approximately 3,600 cars. It is located at the northeast corner of North Central Expressway and Lookout Drive in Richardson, Texas. The fifteenth-story north office tower and seven-story south office tower provide similar typical floor plates of approximately 40,000 gross square feet. The connecting base structure includes an entire lobby, a full service kitchen and dining facility, a two-level conference center, and basement support areas. The seven-level parking structure is connected to the office lobby via an enclosed second level connecting bridge. Internal roadways provide access from Lookout Drive and Glenville Drive.
