Aileron

Aileron is a LEED Gold educational campus that truly embodies the non-profit organization’s mission of strengthening communities through training and inspiring current and future business leaders. From Aileron’s philosophy and themes, LHSA+DP crafted a non-linear narrative that enabled the team to harmoniously weave form and function, integrate a building and its landscape and layer the campus experience with interpretive elements. Graphic murals inscribed in the architecture encourage reflection and imagination. Expansive glazing and implicit gestures bridge indoor and outdoor environments. Signature airplane-wing roofs suggest a place to soar while remaining well-grounded.
