Adkins Arboretum

Adkins Arboretum is the only public garden to focus on plants native to Maryland’s eastern shore.

An interpretive system engages the Arboretum’s diverse audiences – gardeners, nature lovers, artists, birders and students — on self-guided walks. Signs were also developed for a lively audio tour through the gorgeous grounds. Signage also helps support Adkins’ mission to be a model for innovation, sustainability and native plantings.
