51-53 West 19th Street

This project imagines the replacement of two existing five-story buildings at 51 and 53 West 19th Street with a new building that combines a small, low building with a taller, thinner building. The heights and massing of each purposely recall the variations in height and massing of the historic buildings found within in the “Ladies Mile” Historic District.
