The dual cavity pour and debridge profiles allow for maximum energy efficiency while utilizing the best insulating thermal barrier material. The dual cavity design is a single pass process to maintain a best-in-class speed of manufacturing. Insulating polyurethane foam for window profiles or door hollows giving better thermal values and increased acoustical properties.
