JaffeHolden provided all acoustical design and AV specifications for the renovation of the well loved Alice Tully Hall. We performed many acoustic tests, listening tests, and discussed the advantages and challenges of the existing hall with users, performers and stakeholders, which was built in the 1960s.

Tectum Acoustical Panels reduce noise within a space, thereby eliminating the echo. In a gymnasium setting there is often multiple activities occurring at the same time. Without acoustical treatment, the gymnasium would be unusable because of the flutter echo.
